I'm sure the soul community will want to know of Freddie North's passing this week, aged 86.

He wasn't big on interviews about his music career, though I think Tony Rounce had more success for the Kent CD release, than my attempts. Freddie was also a panelist as part of the permanent digital Nashville R&B exhibition (by the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum). Will probably post up a link later.
