I have it on good authority he paid £37k for it, certainly not the 100k mentioned. Despite being up for sale for months I believe it hasn't yet sold and I doubt it ever will at the asking price.

Lets make a note of northern/modern soul 45s that have achieved 10k plus in recent years,either by auction or set sale,or documented any other way....maybe keep it as £s for simplicity.
And where possible include a date.
