There's a record on The Soulclub Jukebox.....Make It Easy by Pinkooshins!!!!!

Not the worst record I've ever heard but certainly the first time I've heard it.

Quite catchy when played a few times.

Strange name, is it a 'cover up' name and the origional artiste's name was lost forever when the cover-up material was removed so it stayed Pinkooshins? (has something like that ever happened! ).

Is this someone more well known but who put the record out under a pseudonym?

Or just a 'one off' group with a daft name?

Barbara St Clair sang with the Pinkooshins

this has been mentioned on site before as an old Yate spin.

Ian Clarke used to play this in the late 70's at yate very average tune.

I think they have a 45 on Janus. I haven't heard the Janus 45 (saw it on ebay once), but I would guess that they were a rock group that ended up recording a soulish cut (e.g. the mercury record).

I've got this on Mercury.Very sort of sing along.Haven't heard it out for few years now.
