There's a record on The Soulclub Jukebox.....Make It Easy by Pinkooshins!!!!!

Not the worst record I've ever heard but certainly the first time I've heard it.

Quite catchy when played a few times.

Strange name, is it a 'cover up' name and the origional artiste's name was lost forever when the cover-up material was removed so it stayed Pinkooshins? laugh.gif (has something like that ever happened! :wicked: ).

Is this someone more well known but who put the record out under a pseudonym?

Or just a 'one off' group with a daft name?

KTF.

Described as being a "popular 60's club band" who recorded for Mercury - must be their real name and yes it is daft!

Ian Clarke used to play this in the late 70's at yate very average tune.

I think they have a 45 on Janus. I haven't heard the Janus 45 (saw it on ebay once), but I would guess that they were a rock group that ended up recording a soulish cut (e.g. the mercury record).
