Yes I have the 12", it was most certainly released in that format, and dare I say it, probably the hardest format too !

Not quite sure but I would say this is how the LP was issued ORIGINALLY and it makes fine home listening along with the other tracks.

I haven't seen a reissue close up, but via a google, it looks the same cover as the original.

Anyway, I've had mine long enough not to be concerned

Don't know if the 12" was re-issued or how to tell, but <THIS 'original' 12" IS FOR SALE> might interest somebody (not me) - be quick!
