I'd say he's using someone elses scan, he has no feedback...

he has offered and al williams and also a patti young in the last week. he offered me the patti young as the 2nd highest bidder because the high bidder queried a different paypal address to pay for it. when i said this to the seller he told the original winner that he dropped it and broke the record

then day later he sends another 1

saying he has sent cash back as he is haveing prob

with paypal

dont think he ever had pow wow

i usually get suspicious when all of the photos don't look the same. cropped differently etc. check his completed listings. lester tipton? but i believe paypal will withold their funds until you get the record and have left feedback. i'm fairly certain they do this now for sellers who have less than 10 in their feedback. i would double check with paypal before sending any monies.

I was looking on popsike to try to find the scan yesterday, I thought it looked suspicious but I couldn't tell because the resolutions didn't match up. I think you have a good eye though, seeing those spots (I didn't notice them before). It looks the same.

It's a bit like doing one of those spot the difference competitions
