Both went for between £30 and £45. Personally, i thought this was cheap - great tune! Not sure on a value, but both times the description led along the lines of "very rare, his rarest, dont see this very often....blah blah blah".

Not sure on a value, but both times the description led along the lines of "very rare, his rarest, dont see this very often....blah blah blah". I've had a couple of these. First one was £6 about 10 years ago. The copy I have now was £10 I think bought about 5 years ago. The flip I can't stop was issued a few times with different b sides. One being My Honey and Me. (Same as The Staple singers.) Kev
April 14, 200916 yr anyone got another at a reasonable price Keeping mine Chalky Sorry. Would let you have the other I Can't Stop with My Honey & Me on the flip if you're interested. Kev

April 14, 200916 yr KOKO 101 with "You Got To Give Love To Get Love" is one of the absolute rarest Luther Ingram 45s. Great pounding 60s dancer! Can still be had relatively cheap if you look around a bit. I have had 3 copies over the past 2 years, in wildly varying conditions, and they have sold for: $78.99 $227.50 $73.00 The version of "I Can't Stop" on the b-side is not the same recording as the later releases of that title. In fact I think there are 3 (or 4!) different versions of "I Can't Stop". Tony Rounce should have the full lowdown on this. Edited April 14, 200916 yr by Sebastian

The later recording is much smoother. Kev
