nick, i attended the casino from 78 to 81 and the main room was never shut on a saturday . once there was motown allnighter on a mid month friday held in mr m's cos it was so poorly attended only time main room wasnt open to my knowledge,would ave been about 1980 though

i attended wigan casino until its demise and can never remember the main room not open on a saturday barry, the sats after the oldies were the best nites for me most times only a couple of hundred in but there was a magical mix of 60's n 70's that will never be forgotten by the few

alternatively one can use silicon spray , spray directly on your soles (not too much though ) it dries in seconds and your ready to go .then other dancers are unaffected been using it for a while when facing a sticky timber dancefloor

why did usa promo releases persist with this format on their promos right up to 79/80 when mono was virtually extinct?
