I'll be popping up to York on Saturday and I've promised to do a CD of sing-a-long stuff after coming home from Madchester last week and desperately wanting to sing at the top of my voice (Dean always tells me to shhh when he's in the car)... (poor Phil)... I had someone request the snake for me at a soul nite thinking I'd be embarassed......Up I got and danced my little socks off and forgot just what a danceable tune it was...only at Nuneaton tho......the last one I found myself dancing to Hey little way out girl...just like going back to my teens... Never be ashamed to have fun, we're a long time dead...

You need to do an option Do you still (have the) clap... The loudest female clapper I know is Julia123...

Well I'm quite looking forward to watching it but only if it comes to the cinema in Rugby, I only travel for the real thing... I also watched Grease and Quadrophenia and enjoyed them the first time but the later times were more fun picking the faults... Do they really line dance and clap with their arms in the air......shouldn't have been too hard to get that bit right. Chalky, now I know you don't like clapping, I will do it all the more...

Not sure who the DJ was but at one of the all-niters held at The Eclipse, they had forgotten their keys for their playbox... Luckily we knew someone in the rave room from Rugby who knew how to open locks without keys...

I've got a tape done from that all-dayer - DJs on it are Harpo, Jimmy Price and Pep, I think. 1987. There was also a warm up at the Tic-Toc club round the corner. Went to the sports centre one too and altho not many in, it was a lovely big, dark venue...

Read the title of the thread and thought, I didn't know Max was in hospital... To be taken so quickly is such a shock...very sad news. My condolences to Max's family and all his close friends...

Be great if a load of you up there with different flyers could turn up at the next one, obviously before it starts, so you don't have to hear the crap music and no one gets in your way. Be fun to see his reaction at you wanting to flyer at his expense and without being gracious enuf to pay the door tax... Did anyone get the date...
