Is there a complete lost of these LPs somewhere with the track listings? Have a couple of the early ones including those nice gatefold sleeve double LPs. Cheers Richard

Drug Swoop
That is good news isn't it though? Everyone always says the news is bad, about death, murder, war, strife all the time. They say - can't we have some good news? Well now you have it! Richard

Info Wanted On Weekend Events, Sean Chapman, Dude
Sure - tend to agree Joan - but I'm not sure anyone is getting what is behind the original post - which asked for the playlists in the first place - I'm just a bit confused

Who Was Billy Sha-Rae ?
Including of course on Eddie Parker's "Love You Baby" Richard
-
Who Was Billy Sha-Rae ?
I'm sure Lorraine Chandler could help fill in some of the details Cheers Richard

Who Was Billy Sha-Rae ?
I think Billy Sha-Rae has rather lived in the shadow of Eddie Parker and September Jones as far as the rare soul scene goes. If you listen to his version of Crying Clown, I'm Gone, and Do It (I'm Coming Home) with fresh ears, he is a great vocalist - especially on Do It Turn up the volume!! Cheers Richard https://youtu.be/SCtFOiTrH6Y

Who Was Billy Sha-Rae ?
So - off the top of my head - his Detroit recordings (not necessarily labels) are on Triple B, Spectrum, Hour Glass. Non-Detroit ones are Bay-Uke, Crosley ... Any more? Cheers Richard

Info Wanted On Weekend Events, Sean Chapman, Dude
Would like to see the two playlists out of interest please, and as context for the thread in the first place. Also, would be useful for you to just say what your own opinion is, rather than everyone having to speculate on what you mean. Thread reads a bit like ... "Do you want to know a secret?" ... "Yes please!" ... "Well I'm not going to tell you!". Richard
