  1. What's the story with the Stateside issue? I know there's a PYE EP with it on. Was it on a Soundtrack that Stateside had the rights to?
  2. Margies 45s on the label work for me...

    Mine doesn't appear 'Grainy'.
  4. Someone got a bargain - Probably Pete Smith...
  5. It says OXO on the side of Buses, but try asking the driver for a Mug.
  6. This is the mispress though, that plays a completely different tune - a realistic price woould be £100+
  7. I don't understand what's Comedic about this sale - it's a pretty rare 45.
  8. Well mines a '68 as well, so with the number who have it on here, it can't be that rare in comparison to the '71 issue.

    Possibly Alpha Zoe on Hit?
  10. Not seen one ... However if it was going to have a US reissue after the '71 issue I'd expect it to be on the dunhill goldies series. Flashback was the Bell/Amy/Mala and Bell distributed reissue label (ie Goldwax.)

  17. Sounds like a cover of Albert Collins Cold Cold Feeling to me...
  18. All depends on what the record owes the seller... sometimes you can end up on a loser.

  20. Perhaps he's found a batch of unused 10" plates?

https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0051X5DXU/ref=pe_75311_29534761_pd_re_dt_dt1 How long before Jezza Clarkson and the other two twonks jump on the Bandwagon?
  23. A couple of French picture sleeves...
  24. Yes, I have it - I've been trying to scoop up all of his releases... The flip is a medium tempo bluesy ballad with Piano and horn backing - very late 50s / early 60s sounding. I've got a feeling that you may be right about the Stop release being later, but find it strange that the stop copy is credited to Little Jackie Shane.
  25. That's what I was wondering - obviously both Jackie and Frank Motley are Canucks, but there's nothing on the labels to give a clue about where it was issued. If the flip were the same as on the Stop copy, I'd lean more to it being a Canadian copy, but it isn't. Possibly a later issue of Money to cash in on his success with Sue?
