yes we all bought stuff that is expensive now for no money in the 7o's and 80's but times have changed also try to find a copy off vacate it is pretty hard to obtain took me 3 years to find one. mark

yes you are right but i am old so memory banks are shite it must have been played right away as a new release as i remember it from the 73 most of the normal discos in the 70's played a lot of soul stuff anyway, in 73 iwa 15/16 so still going to youth clubs as well. mark

i contacted the seller and he said he had bought a box of 50 about 4 years ago and that was all he had some mislabelled and some the correct way i have had 2 one mislabelled and one i gave to my friend labelled correctly. the liza mae has a better voice. mark

think most were bought by bernie golding? (i think) he lived somewhere near bolton i think .and tim brown got a lot of his stuff from there. others must have gone through the collection as a lot of stuff ian let go for about 10p a copy. the reason for the rumours of stuff frying up was caused by ian and colins move into 7o0s and new releases as ian said he was no longer turning stuff up of the quality of his major discoveries.
