Current Bootleg Trading (split from Soul Pack thread)
I understand that,. I do,. But hearing a memorable song re mastered/recorded like this , is deflating to someone who has grown up adoring the original take. p.s. Candi staton is a goddess, more good tunes under her belt than I can shake a stick at

Does anyone know the annoyingly catchy tune played daily on Radio 2, that is the spit of Johnnie Taylor's "who's makin love"?

Peterborough Allnighters 1980 onwards
Wowser, these comments bring it all back ..... EASC when it moved to the boro, Bomb scare, during the Eddie Holman / Jnr walker niter , helping the Rev clayton lug his gear around (PA , not sweeties?) . Meeting up with Brian Rae at the road hog for breakfast, winning a UKdemo for guessing the TMG number of it (how the hell did I know that) . Biz and me lived and breathed niters during those times, I've forgotten much more than I can remember,. But looking back, there was a lot of politics and bitching, even back then,. Not a lot changes does it ?
