Hi Steph No problem it did look like Nicky still see him now and again , sadly Sid passed away a few years ago .Yes I knew Alan and Dave his brother who also knocked about with Ian ( Twink ) Bottomley , bumped into Ian at Brid weekender this year, not seen him for about 35 years or so , remember The Taurus in Huddersfield on Sunday nights and one or two alldayers too with the infamous Frank n Twink deejaying , both had great collections. Yep thats Maureen from Dewsbury been living in London I believe for years now , girl with white scarf Theresa , can't remember surname has they was a few of them all went to St Margaret Cltheroe's school at Tongue nr Bradford whilst goin to Wigan at the weekends , all good Catholic girls though lol Martyn

Hi Pete Guy at the back with fingers ( peace sign ) is Jack Kennedy ex Leeds and Hightown lad , believe it or not his dad took me Annie and Jack to Wigan in January 74 cos Jack's mate let us down his Ford Escort was knackered and Jack's dad had a brand new Skoda , his dad sneeked into Casino and stopped all night with the coach drivers bloody hilarious that was. Well spotted Julian B and Mr Handbury ( hope yer well m8 been a long time ). Bank holidays were brilliant back then , think we went on the train from Dewsbury standing all the way to Scarboro , this photo was taken in the Salisbury Pub had some great time sin there Can probably name most of them on here when i get mi thinking cap on , yes also Tony and Sheena Patchett Got this in a frame.

Got my first 12" Groove Groove Melody copy from Italy , second one from France of all places , and yes it still is a tough one to track down. so 2 copies in West Yorkshire as well as Soth Yorkshire now Mart , also got the Italian CD which is easy to find on the net , so not jap cd only .   15. anyone selling records on ebay should be made to buy a record off craig morer, $7.50 postage for one 45 and it's in a box you could get 8 or 9 in and it has 6 or 7 stiffeners. belt and braces from craig, joe. Yes Craig is the man his mailers are exceptional belt and braces , but i've had 12's from dealers stuffed in my mailbox with no protection , cringed but been lucky it can be a gamble Martyn

  22. I couldn't believe that the Mirfield Pentagon became the epicentre of UK club culture when Hard Times kicked off. I went to the same venue when it was called The Ginza Strip as a 14 year old circa 1969. Some bastard from Mirfield Modern chinned me and welcomed me to the realities of surviiving in Mirfield whilst trying to be a flash twat. Served me well throughout the future as it happens.....
