Any Experts On Continental Pressings Out There?
'unglued' sleeves are not uncommon for dutch 60s releases. BTW, what makes you think it's dutch? Can you post up a scan?

B And B - If I'm Hurt You'll Feel The Pain
Smells a bit fishy to me, says (p) 1973 on the label. Legit reissue????

Collecting British...why Bother?
I collect german soul 45s myself so I know why some collectors focus on records released in their own countries. Pete, that Lou Johnson WD looks very tasty
-
Joe Tex Biggie
I guess you mean Old Time Lover?

Wanted: Jim Spencer & Son Rize - Armada 45
Now sorted, thanks to everyone who tried to help me!

It Hurts Too Much To Cry
Rob, tracklisting seems to differ from the UK EP: es triste llorar = it hurts too much to cry corazones solitarios = lonely hearts (flip to the US release and not on the UK EP) I'm sorry but I don't know the other two tracks as my spanish is very limited and I don't own the EP myself
-
It Hurts Too Much To Cry
Never came out in Germany or at least I never heard of or seen a german issue. But it was released in Spain on an EP, see scan...

Deffo german 45 (see scan) and mexican EP. Don't know for sure about any other releases. Maybe Japan? Or was "lovely way to die"?
-

Thanks, but no longer looking.

Jackie Trent, You Baby. Casino Classics Test Press
Ken, can you upload a soundfile of it? I think Tim Roses is a lovely record and am curious what Jackie's take sounds like...

Unreleased Stuff... Eddie Holman, Judy Freeman
The tp of Judy Freeman is my one and only claim to fame in Northern Soul so far As said by Gareth I posted the story surrounding it before so I won't bore you again. But if anyone wants to know more about it say so and I'll reveal the "whole mysterious story"
-
Unreleased Stuff... Eddie Holman, Judy Freeman
Greg got the test press from me. Maybe not a one-off but the only known copy in the Northern Soul world.
-
Unreleased Stuff... Eddie Holman, Judy Freeman
The only original format for this is the one-off test press of the LP (album was never released). I used to play a dub taken from the master tape for a few years, doesn't count as original does it?

B Holloway-Reconsider & J Ruffin-I Gotta Let You Go
JR came out on a sort of white label mock up white demo lookalike 45 a few years ago. Sorry, mixed this up with another pressing...
-
Holy Grails
Until late 2009 I thought I'd never own Eddie Parker on Awake and JD Bryant on Shrine. And guess what? I still don't own them

70S/modern 45S Wants List
Veda now sorted. Reachers anyone? Willing to pay 300 for a nice copy, cash is waiting!
-
This Should Be Played
Nice one! Not really the next big monster sound, just a nice little record. Very Gene Chandler-ish IMHO. It's from Oct 1962 by the way...
-
70S/modern 45S Wants List
Bileo now off my wants list. Fed up with people asking inflated prices for it. But I added what I'm willing to pay for Veda and/or Reachers
-
Dee Dee Warwick, Spencer, Randy Brown
I know I paid a top price for it but I've been trying to find a copy for quite some time now so frustration finally won and I splashed out. It's a case of not-rare-but-hard-to-find IMO
