Smart appliances for your kitchen
Water softener replaced and guy tried to tell me to link it to my phone so that when I am away I can get it to soften water before I come home. Still can't seem to log in but actually glad. Bloody ridiculous. Quite enjoy being nowhere near my phone - life was much simpler before mobiles.

Emanons On All Brothers

Trippin on your love
Just noticed that on the Staple Singers Stax Album Phillip Mitchell Doesn't get the writing credits for 'Trippin' on your love' - credits go to Smith - Rice. On the Kent single Mitchell is named as the writer as well as on the Kent CD Just the beginning. Generally it is acknowledged that he wrote the track and recorded his version of it. What happened with the album version? I know writers often did not get credits for royalties etc but any info appreciated. Adam.

Aristocrats

Quite like this one from back in the day.

Poll: Version Battle - Your Song
As above - have all three versions and the Four Tops definitely better on the 7inch! Tough decision we have had a few family polls on this one and never get the same decision. In the end Four Tops for me - Levi's vocal so effortless and also a bit less disco than the Dells. But could quite easily be a different choice next week. Also have to factor in that Laura's version was first. Oh no might be changing my mind!! Adam.

JMAuction - 10/11/2021 - Results!
Amazed at Reuban Howell - think demo is more common than issue and no picture sleeve on this one was there?? I still think this is pretty common - MADNESS!!

Got to be one of the best value 45's - two top sides: Four Tops - Ask the lonely / Where did you go - Motown This is pretty good as well: Masqueraders - I'm just an average guy / I ain't gonna stop - AGP
