Just my first impression, first two very close, third different singer for sure.. I think the warble in the first two's voice is telling.. its very close...

Ive seen these Excello 45's you mention Mark, Ebay is awash with them... like to find out more, loads of Imperial done as well, the Moave 5ts design, and Modern,, same group of labels, the Abet certainly re put out, or did 2nd issues in the 7ts, I bought a copy of Percy Wiggins - That's Loving You which is totally legit, pete Smith told me they only did a small number of that track, 200 or so...I know there are allot of others from Abet.. Just a snippet about Horace Ott, I was lucky enough to speak to Marva Josie some years back, she remembers Horace was really really late for the recording of 'Don't' I mean well over 2 hours or so late, maybe that added to the overall final cut!! anyhow back to "Turning my Heartbeat up"...

just picked that up Baz, very pleased its got killer harmonies! dunno bout this track though 'Run to my Lovin Arms' had it on a Kent CD, and I know Soul supply put it out on one of their Philly CD's... anybody know?
