Always been under rated because it was a cheap record, now it is expensive its getting some respect. Mad. Anyway there's one on ebay [here] - VG but the sound file plays really well.

Mine is like that too, had it for a few years now. I wondered if it was because these were the copies given to radio stations just before it got its national release - an attempt to get the DJ to say the right label name.

I don't see the difference between this and knocking up cassette tapes for sale which used to go on quite happily without anyone complaining. I appreciate that they are ripping off licensed tracks but it is pretty obvious what they are from the price and the pictures.

To be honest, this is a £100 to £125 tune which is about double what you are offering. I think everyone would like a copy for $80! Best of luck tho

I have no problems with non-paying buyers as I only sell off my web site and paypal ensures I get the money before the record goes. Biggest problem I have is getting good stock, stuff sells so quick

That's the problem though, if you send it 2nd class and they pay by paypal they can claim the money back off you by saying things haven't turned up. You don't get a say in the refund if you haven't used tracked postage. Paypal/ebay reckon it is the seller's responsibility. Plenty of people will kick the arse out of it.

Rare - you're selling Common - you're buying

Manship's 5th guide states the bootleg is vinyl but shows the image of the label with lines as the bootleg example. His bootleg guide simply says all originals are styrene (issues and demos) whilst the bootlegs are vinyl - doesn't mention labels at all. So that's probably where the confusion comes from. I've just sold a styrene with no lines and I was pretty sure it was an original.

She's my cousin's daughter. I've only just made contact with that side of the family I'm afraid. There are very few people with the name Thomas-Peter (not more than two dozen) and they are all related to me. After researching my family history I now regret not having kids. We are the last of the Peter of Harlyn family (in Cornwall) to still hold the Peter name I believe. I was going to call my book "Petering Out" (geddit?) Cheers Paul
