It is from 1976 so I don't know if it is a reissue or the official UK release. Anyway, it's a tenner if you want it, it'll be up on my web site today. Think you read too much into things, look at what you've typed: "Putting all politics aside" - what are you on about? "so I repeat yet again, what IS your problem ???" - wtf is that all about?
