  2. nice one, if you do you can use my mixcloud to upload? I'll have a look at Ellie's ipad and laptop see if you can access the files directly via windows. You can't on a mac.
  3. n'er mind Andy, hopefully Bryney will check in and sort the recording from his iPad.
  4. a topic here with a download of a booklet about the Grapevine label.
  5. Here is one auctioned in 2007, $1700 Here's another of the flip...
  6. It works both ways. Many auction items from whichever auction can often be found cheaper with a dealer, not just JM but most dealers. You also find auction items that sell for a pittance or less than the market value but a dealer will have it on offer at the full market value. Auctions have never really been a true reflection of a records real value. Sales boxes, lists and dealer prices are a better reflection of a 45's worth, that is where more buying and selling is done.
  7. I see it is in France, if that is right he got it from Luckey Davis himself, more than one...or should I say some were sold to someone in France. Luckey was selling one last week in a presentation case. Think I asked on here a while back if anyone was interested in one.
  8. Previous topic here Didn't New Yorkers "Don't Want To Be Your Fool" also come out on Radio City, think there is only one known, part of the label missing if I remember rightly.
  9. They don't allow it Byrney but there is a way apparently. Are you windows or mac? You have to get into the app's directory where it will be named as a number. You have to find this, add .mp3 to the end and copy and paste to PC. There is a video onyoutube somewhere showing you.
  10. Is anyone recording this, Richard, Andy D?

I tis the Kinnetts or Kontetts "Baby You Got Me" on an acetate. It was originally Pat Brady and Dave Thorley who had them at Stafford mid 80's.

  14. two posts removed.
  15. Can we drop the petty arguments and comments. Talk about the record. Any other crap take it to PM's. It is getting tiresome and boring opening topics just to read petty rubbish between some members. I don't want to have to keep reading stuff like this and I am sure others don't.
  16. I've always been led to believe this is a mecca spin around 1975?
  17. sorted, they are the Classitors on Black & Blue and Ketty Lester.
