I went to a venue last year and there must have been 20 copies for sale in the room, one seller had more than one copy.

Can someone make a note of what he plays on the night, be interest to see what unknowns (and if they are unknown) he has got in such a short space of time and how good they are. Love him or hate him, he is good for the scene, he has an imagination and he doesn't follow trends like most of the DJ's and he always gets people talking. There's in all probability more than just Soul Source members who have seen any particular item, you don't know how many are watching and the counter isn't always on the ball. It is a world wide market as you are well aware. We've had this discussion before and it would be inappropriate for one member to tell another to stop talking about a particular listing on evilbay. It is a discussion forum about all things Soul and ebay and any other auction site for that matter fall under that umbrella. People who seem to be against talking about ebay don't mind talking about other auction sites so why should ebay be treated any different?

I agree to he could have given the condition etc at the beginning. The scan gives a totally false impression. But having said that it doesn't sound too bad for vg-/vg, I've heard far worse vg+ and ex condition records. It should sell easily me thinks.

I've no problem Steve, it isn't as though they are a secret, they auctions are in the public domain. It is a free world regardless of what some might think.

Like you Nev it never ceases to amaze me how we go from talking about one record in particular to the presumed downfall of a venue(s) because of one persons assumptions of the music policy.
