Bobby Foster - Where Do You Go - Selecthits : On The Up?
Not heard it since I played it, not saying it hasn't been played though, mind you probably only me daft enough to play it at a nighter. another on on the bay already... https://www.ebay.com/...e#ht_500wt_1204 Look at the one just sold looks like one was desperate to own this looking at the bidding.

Four Brothers Records
Issued as far as I am aware, certainly not unissued. Used to be about bit more than it is now and not as expensive although it's always been kinda obscure.

Four Brothers Records
Edith Brown definitely exists, been quite in demand the last few years so when one come up for sale it has usually been privately.

What They Worth?
I know you are not arrogant John, I was implying you were but it was maybe how what you said was or could have been perceived, written word not the often put across how it sounds. He is young and doesn't know the ropes so maybe an allowance could be made from older more experienced members for younger members?

Bobby Foster - Where Do You Go - Selecthits : On The Up?
It's a good double sider Steve. I've played it at Lifeline when we were at the Bell 4 or 5 years ago but that was a smaller more intimate venue, still no one danced

Bobby Foster - Where Do You Go - Selecthits : On The Up?
Has it ever had any demand? Know it has had plays but it is hardly a dancer, just an early doors record as Kev says to get you in the mood.

Bobby Foster - Where Do You Go - Selecthits : On The Up?
One on here for 20 quid other day and that is about as much as I would pay for it personally, certainly wouldn't have thought about paying £30? Maybe I'm a bit out of touch these days with prices.

Bobby Foster - Where Do You Go - Selecthits : On The Up?
Always though it a £10/£15 record, two nice sides but far from rare. Had plays over the years too, used to play it the odd time or two myself few years ago.

Originals - Suspicion
The one used in my latest podcast is the first one I think. The one with slower vocal came later, there are others too, one with a more early 70's feel to it with wah wah guitar effects or summit like. Simon T did a medley of about 5 takes I think. Wouldn't mind hearing it again but it is in refosoul and not yet up and running again.

What They Worth?
No? Dave said TRUST ME BOY! THERE NOTHING WRONG WITH HAVING AND USING POLITNES. I don't care what he said after there was no need for him to have a say after he had apologised, just like there was no need for most of those who commented to pile in like they did. My comment was made to put others off having a dig more than anything. Neither was there any need for John (Dancingcollector) to say go and look elsewhere, not something I would encourage when trying to get new blood on the scene and more importantly get more people participating on this forum....don't care if it is a fiver or £2k, people are free to ask what they want. Would most of those who felt the need to have a go piled in like they did if it was an older more experienced member of this forum? I doubt it very much. There are plenty who don't say please when asking a question but I don't see then hauled over the coals like lee ham has. He did thank you for your input and probably replied as others would have done to John's comment to go and look elsewhere. Now again unless any replies to the original question think we should all move on. I will add though Leeham you do need to make any future scans somewhat smaller.

What They Worth?
Get off his back, he had apologised for his lack of perceived manners and moved on, I suggest others do the same.

Nice Collection On The Bay, 4,300 and Reserve Still Not Met
at a glance looks like a collection of boots, reissues with odd decent on win there. Didn't see anything of value whilst glancing down the list although I didn't study the list.

Syl Johnson Do You Know What Love Is
I need a sit down now mate, I'm knackered. I remember discussing this some time ago both on Soul talk and pretty sure on here. Still looking for the other scans, the yellow on would seem to be the rarest, demo then red if popsike is anything to go by.

- Syl Johnson Do You Know What Love Is
right, you've made me get up out of me chair and move just been upstairs and got Manny's 5th Guide, hope it is ok to quote this. Demo with SP1 mix 200 Red with SP1 mix 200 Red with 200079-2 mix 201 Yellow with 200079-2 mix this has different flip as well (Things Ain't Right). So there is a different mix on both red and yellow issue and one mix released on red and yellow. But to confuse matters more I've seen a scan of yellow issue with SP1 mix on it. But I am pretty sure when discussing this on Soul Talk some years ago it was said there was three different takes/intros.- Syl Johnson Do You Know What Love Is
pretty sure mate one take is on both red and yellow- Droylsden Allnighter Early 1990's House Music
I have a couple of better shots somewhere Mark, couldn't lay my hands on the scans at the time.- Syl Johnson Do You Know What Love Is
Are there two or three different takes of this? Know it has been discussed at length but I can't find the topic. One take is on both red and yellow issue.- Will The Real Salvadors Step Forward, Which One?
JT bought one of the St Louis presses few years ago I think.- Droylsden Allnighter Early 1990's House Music
