  1. Vocally I think it's far better, sounded fantastic last night :-) it's Mill Edwards (Mill Evans) on an exodus acetate, could be a vinyl one, I have held it but can't remember for sure. I've the clip at home that was with the eBay listing.
  2. absolute bargain IMHO. Great record, I really should spin mine out more often, always lots of interest when I do.

Think the last issue was issue 32. got them all and like you the best magazine going at the time.
  13. You wouldn't get mine for a ton. It's a harder record than that to get IMHO. The last two I saw sold both went for £300 +.
  14. Been a few on here recently as high as £200, at least one up for offers!
  15. One of my biggies if you like. Old "Tate" Saving my love for you from Stafford (Guy spin). Practically forgotten about as far as I was aware until I started spinning it again, certainly not well known by today's scene except for those around in the 80's. You should get the Kelley's Heroes cd from couple of years ago, everything you need to know in the liner notes. Who elses playlist you seen this on?

Can I add that viewing on iPhone when you put the record title etc in the topic description we don't know what you are talking about. Can you add it to your initial post as well?
  17. didn't they have a falling out? The guy who originally ran it went and set up another Detroit Forum and Ralph Terrana taking the reins at SoulfulDetroit? You could always try the RareSoulForum if you just want anorak stuff.
  18. But that is all it's worth in reality, past prices have been inflated with people having more money than sense, now times are harder collectors are no longer prepared to pay over the odds just to get a record. Genuine rarities collectors are still prepared to stump up some cash.
  19. can we have a smiley with two fingers up
  20. Great record it is too, but don't play it at four o'clock in the morning, Terry will go home as it ain't fast enough
  21. seen anywhere between £40 and £70. £50 bout right I thinks but will get tougher to get as seems to be getting pretty popular.
  22. There are originals with and without the "arranged by Mike Terry"or "Mike Terry arrangement".
  23. from Don't Forget The Motor City...RDT the only version by the looks of things... There's A Ghost In My House (Brian Holland-Lamont Dozier-Edward Holland Jr-R. Dean Taylor) publ. Jobete R. Dean Taylor; rec 26-Oct-66 ; produced by Brian Holland, Lamont Dozier 30-Mar-67; 45 (M): V.I.P. 25042 A Oct-68; LP (M): Tamla Motown TML11077 Motown Memories Vol. 2 [ UK ] 09-Jul-01; CD (S): Spectrum 544 515 2 Essential Collection [ UK ] 25-May-07; CD (M): Hip O Select B0008993-02 The Complete Motown Singles Vol. 7 1967
  24. Depending on what I've been asked to play and the venue's music policy and if I have the record in the box I will play a request.
