Have seen a few P-Vine lps recently of the New Sounds for around the 50 quid mark, Paul Sutton I think the last a few weeks ago.

Got something like 10,000 mp3's on the PC but they don't give me the buzz vinyl does. Especially finding something totally forgotten about and even more so when it's a cheapie.

Is that because you have the Little Annie and you don't have the Hytones??? Would the Hytones be shit if you had one? Two totally different styles, one for the Northern scene the other isn't

What a great record, play "Won't You Call" out now and again. Andy Dyson had a nice white demo, not sure if he's still got it. Shouldn't be too hard to pick up though if not.

Can never be an ex-soulie IMHO, once a soulie always a soulie. Tell the t**** you "grew" up with to f*** off, I would. What you know or how long you've been soulin should have no bearing on your so called "standing" on the soul scene, all equal in my eyes, regardless of knowledge or years service.

Northern Soul

Michigan Move was from master tapes, thats all it existed on. Pretty sure there are about 18 takes on the tape. Was told it was something to do with the Washpan label/set up and not Golden World, will ask Guy.

Ahhh but doesn't the boot play the other side...Michigan Move Labels reversed if I remember rightly
