  7. My mate swears blind that Richard played Leo Sayer - Thunder In My Heart at an early M's session. Anyone back this story up? Sean
  8. Cheers, NCFC. Is the Chuck Wood story kosher?
  9. Can anyone help please. On a Kent CD from a few years back there was a track by J R Bailey called Love won't wear off. It's a sublime piece of soul which has an incedible vocal on it by the man who was apparently Chuck Wood. Or is that just NS folklore? Anyway is it available on a 7 or LP?, if so can someone supply details including prices please. Thanks, Sean
  10. Mel, Nothing of any great value - Jackie Lee - Oh my darlin, Mamie Galore - It ain't necesssary, Spiral Starecase and Joe Frazier - First round knockout Also 2 copies of the free 3 before 8 single that were given out at the "last" night at Wigan I think. Don't suppose these have any value, maybe in another 30 years time
  11. In the throes of moving house and I discovered a few 7's in the loft that I thought I had sold 25 years ago to fund getting married. Any idea on value for Call me tomorrow - Major Harris (Okeh 7327). The vinyl has a few stratches but it plays excellent. Also I've got a copy of Mr Big Shot - Gene Chandler (Constellation 1027) - how do I tell if it's a boot or original - also whats the value of an original? Thanks, Sean
  12. Paul, Any idea how you get an appointment? Thanks, Sean

Steve, Quinny's new flat has an all night license but he insists on stompers only . Can't make it up for tomorrow night but I've told Paul we'll meet in Edinburgh at a soul night. Is there going to be another do at the Hub? Have a great night, all you behind the decks? 70's all the way I hope. Sean
