  1. Not as far as I know , if the link took you to my page just scroll down and the details should be there to see ...
  2. I've got both of Ted Massey's 'Rare Soul' tapes from around then , both on my Mixcloud page with tracklists if that was the one you mean ... ? https://www.mixcloud.com/Woodbutcher/ted-massey-rare-soul-tape-volume-one/ https://www.mixcloud.com/Woodbutcher/ted-massey-rare-soul-tape-volume-two/
  3. Same here , just about to start on John Wick : Chapter 4 ... not expecting anything different to the first three barring a higher body count ...
  4. Lovely sight of the 16.5% illuminated crescent Moon and Venus against a clear blue evening sky. Single frame snapped with the Canon EOS 2000D and the Sigma 150-600mm F5-6.3 DG OS HSM Contemporary (at about 400mm FL)
  5. Missed him on the way out ... but thanks to the flight tracker (https://globe.adsbexchange.com/) I caught him on the way back 20 minutes later ... Again the Canon EOS 2000D + Sigma 150-600mm C. Click on pic to get to Flick album.
  6. Definitely Vespa crabro ...
  7. If you can't tell the difference between a European and Asian hornet I'd be surprised if you can distinguish between one silly scooter and the next ...
  8. No need for unwarranted scaremongering , it's just your everyday normal 'Vespa crabro' , European Hornet ...
  9. Was out trying to locate this year's nest when I found this lass rummaging around the various piles of wood scattered around the garden. Didn't fancy getting within three inches with the new macro lens so used the 150-600mm at a sensible distance ... Well worth clicking on number 4 for a close-up view of the hairy little madam ...
  10. Had my lunch very pleasantly interrupted today by the unmistakable sound of a pair of fast approaching Rolls-Royce Merlins ... Shot outside right sharpish with the Canon 2000D and Sigma 150-600mm in hand to use the combo for its intended purpose. Had a lovely 15 minute display as they circled the village numerous times in close formation. Shot 104 frames and kept 91 of them ... a considerably better average than I get when imaging the Sun ... Link here to the album on Flikr so as not to clog up the site. Shots straight from the camera unedited yet. Please click on the photo to be sent to the full album on Flikr. And a little bit of history for anyone who might be wondering why one of them is wearing American markings ... http://www.wwiiaircraftperformance.org/31st/309th.html
  11. Show me another ... !
  12. That Sandi Sheldon issue is a thing of beauty I must say ...
  13. Just a quick heads up to let you know that Lancaster PA474 is airborne and making her way from RAF Hendon to start her evenings flypast tour of the Lincolnshire airfields. I hope some of you are well placed to get a glimpse on this most auspicious of evenings ... She can be tracked live here ...https://planefinder.net/flight/PA474 Planned route .... https://www.military-airshows.co.uk/press23/bbmfpropchastise80thapr2023.htm?fbclid=IwAR1frgvcg97PijFiqxU5Q1hnERGu8mBxrkocXTgCWbm14tVajAZqVUb68FI
  14. Details still up on JM's site ... https://www.raresoulman.co.uk/auction/soul-auction/soul-auction-ending-this-wednesday.html
  15. The only good thing about it was that it should have killed off once and for all the ridiculous notion that Mr Elba would make a good successor to Mr Craig as you know who. The character that made Luther so watchable was Ruth Wilson's delightfully deranged Alice. "Whitehouse Plumbers" is well worth watching.
  16. I guess a lot of MGM labels are 'poorly printed' then looking at these ... usually a good pointer generally.
  17. Managed to find a small bit of blue and got to snatch a few frames with the other new lens. A Sigma 150-600C that I got mainly for wildlife but I hoped would double up as a grab and go Solar/Lunar tool too. A 2x TC at the back and a 95mm Baader ND5.0 filter up front on the Canon 2000D off the everyday Manfrotto tripod. I need to mount a dovetail on the lens tripod collar so it'll fit the HEQ5Pro as 1200mm on a triopd's no fun with a moving target ... Single jpeg shot 1/500s @ f13 ISO 100. Just cropped square and tweaked in Gimp.
  18. Look at the lettering , clean and crisp.
  19. Last time I made a comment like that I got a right bollocking ... 🤣
  20. Going by the very poor printing and the fact that there's no sign of anything similar in an online search I'd be confident that it's a wrong'un.
  21. No , I meant his name here on Soul Source ...
  22. Tried the obvious in a Member search to no avail , assume he's departed these shores for FB ... ?
  23. I don't recall whether he covers it in his 'counterfeit' videos , I can't be arsed to trawl through all of his channel to find out tbh . I'd tag him here for more info but can't recall his pseudonym.
  24. I agree , considering how much useless waffle usually accompanies his listings it would have been nice if he'd actually posted up something more useful on this one.
