Just watched this and early on they put up a picture with Simon and Van McCoy. Simon must have had a few copies made as he sent one to me in 1973 ( Tim Brown used it in his 1976 WIGAN CASINO book with an acknowledgement to me). I attach the message from Simon written on the back of the photo. Happy memories Julian

Kev Murphy owned the third copy. I believe he bought it from Beat and Rhythm (Tim Brown's shop) for £400. I also heard that Tim realised he had dropped a right bollock when it was sold!😭😭 You guessed it

Was informed that Antellects sold for £17000 last year. Also Salvadors original pressing before the masterplate was dropped causing the dimples in the later pressings sold for £11000 2 /3 years ago (seller told me)

I know the seller and that price is correct!

Just found this memento of John's 50th bash where he "double decked" with John Baxter (RIP). A great night night was had by all.

I agree with you but my only comment would be to ask sellers NOT to put misleading titles such as 'rare sales' when everything is a tenner. Waste of my and others time!

First met John on the train to London to attend Ian Levine's 'Rocket'. He and Carol became great friends. So sad to hear of his passing. RIP JOHN

I was reminded last week that Butch had a box of them at Sheridans (late 90s or early 2000s) at £50 apiece, so maybe we will see some more emerging for sale! I didn't know it, so didn't buy one😭
