I think I cover most if not all these points raised in the Wants guidelines but what can you do if people do not take note. Other tham make it compulsory to state a price willing to pay which I think is a step too far as deals on here are between members and I dont want to be too rigid. Irritating but move on I guess. I would have agreed with this Tony but on Popsike there are surprisingly quite a lot of issues. I have an issue myself so no bias on my part as I did think issues were a lot rarer. ROD

A passionate defence Nev but hard to get away from the fact that it doesn't play. A chippendale chair with three legs, a first edition of "Bleak House" with a chapter missing or the "Mona Lisa" with the smile ripped out. It's kinda second best. That's not to say it wont fulfill a niche as a decorative item for a record den but that's not it's primary function. ROD

I think Chris's attitude toward selling is what I'd like to see prevail on this site at least and would only add that a refund should be given immediately on receipt of a faulty 45. Sellers should stand behind the product they are offering. JNixon's observations are also very true as I have had personal experience of that and most complaints I deal with are to do with sellers. I do get the impression that some sellers know they are offloading "junk" and will argue the toss to avoid taking 45s back. Buyers on here should always take advantage of leaving negative feedback facility if they are not happy and seller is unwilling to rectify. ROD
