i agree mick its the vinyl thats the big givaway with the arctic boots as well although one or two of the better selling ones came out on styrene west coast copies with delta 4,5 or 6 rather than the 9 & 10 ones

i thought it strange that some one would go out of their way to want an issue of this 45 then specify they wanted it with writing on label dave

r.i.p. sandra wright. her wounded woman lp is the complete femme soul album imo. never bothered with the midnight affair 45 because we had the lp. then lo & behold brian picked one up on sunday on a canadian site real cheap. he`s in bognor regis this week & cant get to a computer so i just called him to tell him the sad news. bugger me he said. how ironic is that. only thing now tho is when i pull the 45 from the sleeve her passing will spring to mind.. a very very sad day dave stuck in belfast , job finished , with bugger all to do but sit in an internet cafe

the re- issue from a couple of years ago has nackerd this one up a bit but lots dont know the flip to this copy is good also dave

you lot wanna look on uk ebay more. there`s 1 original to every hundred bootlegs on there and they are the boots that have been done recently...............absolutely soul destroying dave

i think it was only issued once in in 1971 and that whoever supplied dave rimmer with his information was probably mistaken or confused. the carlos wright 45 was issued 2 years later and SHMB was just put on the b side maybe to cut costs dave

i think it was flip side on 2 occasions probably put there to cut costs . is there proof from local miami charts to suggest it sold well. i thought the coupling mentioned above was the 2nd coupling anyway. i know its not mega rare but................. mind you its only on cat so theres every chance that a box full of any of the releases could turn up dave (owner of a common purple mundi 45)
