Master 4 @ Tayster
Have a soft spot for both tracks...the thumping LFTFE and the Righteous Bros soundalike LHTW which has its moments! LFTFE has all the right ingredients, but I can understamdn folk not liking the Turkish/Asian bits...though they make it stand out from the rest and make it a memorable tune after a nighter! Play it out more Mr.DJ (the WD pictured is a spare if anyone fancies it?)

Bettye Swann - Make Me Yours

Sound Burger
Not sure, John...and there is also the one as described by Denbo which was a touch chunkier. There is a shop in Tokyo that displays all his portable players, though sadly they aren't for sale...I'll take some pics next time I'm there.

** Patti Young - Head & Shoulders (Ernstrat) **
Ouch! You've brought back a painful memory for me...and possibly my biggest vinyl mistake ever...I swapped my copy for a Bob & Earl - 'Oh! Baby Doll' on Tempe many, many moons ago.Mind you, I always wanted more from the Patti Young...the break is magnificent, but the rest kinda just plods along?!
-
Lucky Carmichael - Hey Girl / Blues With A Feeling
Oddly enough I listed (and sold!) this one by him over the last few weeks...a real swinging piece of R'n'B...and dare I say quite rare!?!
-
Main Change - Subshine Is Her Way - Nebula
Yes

Slight relevant tangent...can we also add the GWP team...if yes I noticed the WDs I've had over the last 12 months were different...add that to your list you RCA completists!
-
Sound Burger
I saw a red coloured Soundburger the other day...usually only spot the silver/black ones. There's also one with a built in tape deck too!

Who Discovered What ?
Has he got the instrumental (either take) still?

Who Discovered What ?
GuyH and Keb were both playing it c/up as 'Winfield Parker' during the early 80's...thought GuyH may have been before Keb, mind? Bought my copy at Stafford when it was still covered up...£15!
