  1. I know the person who organised the release he's told me the whole story.
  2. Not exactly, Sabam the Belgian licensing arm OK'd the release.
  3. + - £100.00 if you are patient, just got a minter at £110.00
  4. This is a good question. It's about a 50/50 original/boot. Money was paid to Sabam to get it legally released but it was pressed in Belgium with no money going across to the USA. Sabam doesn't really care too much as long as they get paid.

  6. Choice of demo or issue, not sure how legitimate they are : https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/The-Enchantments-Im-In-Love-With-Your-Daughter-Northern-Soul-45-/131574705331?hash=item1ea276acb3 https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/THEE-ENCHANTMENTS-THE-FOUR-TEM-I-M-IN-LOVE-WITH-YOUR-DAUGHTER-VINYL-7INCH-NEW-/311419422121?hash=item48820b45a9
  7. Don't know how many types but there are a few people who buy them thinking they've got an original..
  8. Could well have matrix number starting with 9 or 1, (such as 98750 or 104850)
  9. You're a bad man Kegsy, your poor customer will now have nightmares leading to a massive life of depression, send him a Bell sleeve............

    Went to Oz meethinks..........
  11. Look at the difference between the labels, text, amount text, colours, did find some on various sites that were sold, can't say how many made but the bottom scan is a boot.
  12. She used to go out with Don Mitchell the black detective in the original Ironside tv series.

There is a Soul Source person who has one, he/she posted some while ago in a thread about rare ABC issues, there's also one in Australia and Japan. Rare it sure is.
  14. Booted on a Simon S "Wright Sounds" boot plus Virtue. 1st scan is original, 2nd a recent look-a-like

    Is this a question ?

I'm sure that the boots are in vinyl not styrene. I have styrene originals from Okeh with scratched matrix so I wouldn't worry about it.
  17. I've seen them at about £300 - 380 for sale.
  18. You do kind of wonder who these people are buying re-issues at bonkers prices..............
  19. Whoops !! need to go back school and/or Specsavers !!
  20. Yes I have read the descriptions, I think he may be wrong about the Johnny Sayles, looks OK to me, I always thought DJ Copy's were legit.
  21. The Sayles looks OK but not sure about the Sam & Kitty
  22. There were 2 boots made the Alexander Patten & Jerry Cook - Hurt on the other side. Only way to tell the JC is daisy stamp/vinyl thickness, again I think there's been quite a few threads about these 2 on Soul Source over the years. Original Boot
  23. No he only got the labels, there is a difference between the originals and boots, the boots have thicker vinyl.
  24. That....is a lot of money, just bought one, also DJ Copy on here for £100.00. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/191674741962?ssPageName=STRK:MEDWX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1435.l2649
