Dana Valery "Interest" was one I never thought existed , but a few have turned up in recent years. Surprisingly, her other two US Columbia records are much harder to locate as red issues, but as many folks are only are interested in "Interest", the rarity of the other two is unappreciated. To this day, I have never seen a red "Having You Around" / "Zabadack" (only Canadian orange release) I have a longstanding want for this on US Issue, and would love to be proved wrong, but I don't think it was released. Dean Courtneys "I'll Always Need You" would indeed be a superb backing track, and with Ady trawling the RCA archives maybe one day it will turn up, albeit improbable unless the original multi track master tape turns up and a mix down can then be made. This is a song, alongside "My Soul Concerto", that Len Barry took with him to RCA, and would be Double Diamond / Champion songs. They would have nothing to do with Pied Piper. Cheers Mick

There is a boot with both vocal versions, but the instrumental is on a yellow skyway label with Karl Evans as the flip. It was pressed with the labels reversed.

I know of the label (from Philly) but not this record. The one I know is one of those many tracks that use the Cody Michaels / Liza Mae backing track. Can't remember the details but it is a male artist. Cheers Mick

That surprised me. A few years ago it was capped at £50. I noticed about four months ago that the capping had shot up to well into 3 figures, maybe £250 or more, and about $400 or more on US site. So it looks like the UK site has done a U-Turn and dropped it back to £75. Also the US site has cut it back a bit, but not as much. Currently at 9% capped at $250 Cheers Mick

Back Alley Sally / I'll Love You Tomorrow - Gino's 001 Driving Wheel / The Older I Get - Gino's 003 Burning Body / Wherever You Are - Gino's 006 About 2001/2 I received a CD called "Get It While The Getting's Good" by Ross & Hunt - I remember the first release 001 was on it and about 10 or 11 others - I got the impression it was a mixture of older 80's recordings and some new stuff. Matt, It was issued on Gino's (Gene Norman) in the eighties - I used to get copies from him when I ordered other stuff (Barbara Carr / Charles Beverly etc) I still have a few copies of the single "I'll Love You Tomorrow" (billed as "Ross & Hunt") on my website - think it's only £2.50 Cheers Mick

Well the copy I saw was in the early nineties, I don't know if the book had been updated by then. I was as John Pughs house and he had the book there. If John sees this then hopefully he can clear it up, although as you say, it is all academic as there is no RT113 full stop.

Yep, sure you're right, I was just trying to suggest a possible reason for the reference to exist in the first place. I had never heard of it prior to SD reference, so I wonder where it originally came from.

The only reference I have ever seen to RT113 is ... Fantastic Four "Can't Stop Looking For My Baby" (Vocal) / (Instrumental) ... in the Sharon Davis book from the 90's So it would appear that Ric-Tic "thought" about this release enough to document it, but that was probably as far as it went before the number was even mastered (although a GW acetate would not be competely out of the question - maybe - one can hope) Shame that when the Fantastic Four was released on it's later number, the Instrumental was dropped. I think the issues are the talking track after a session, and the demos are the Moonlight Music inst. I always thought that all copies without the address played the wrong song, and the only way to get the correct song was to get the copies that are labelled New York at the bottom. However, I am not sure this is right as I found an Issue copy on ebay a while back, WITHOUT the New York address, playing Moonlight Music (The scan only showed the A side "Adam" without the address, it is possible the B side had an address though. As I didn't buy it, I can't be sure) Any Demos that I have seen has always been Moonlight Music, with the New York address. Cheers Mick
