  7. As a promoter of the Coppertops venue at Worcester, it has been policy from day one not to play anything more than once and we do get all the djs to write down their playlists, which most comply with, occasionally a DJ may play something that has already been played, and normally a lighthearted reprimand is enough to get the point over. With so many records and so little time there really is no excuse for a DJ to repeat a tune on the same night. Rob H.

I filmed Sam at Thorne (with Rods blessing) and only last month transferred it onto DVD, god everyone looks so young!! only trouble is i was filming from side stage and there was a bloody light right opposite, so Sams face is in shadow for much of his performance, but I have the whole thing and the soundtrack is just awesome. Just dug out my philly devotions 45,s I agree the don de release is a slightly different mix to the columbia. also as well as cant say goodbye, I was a lonely man also had a UK release as i have a nice demo of it, also for the ballad lovers check out their Yeah Yeah Girl on Bry-Wek records lovely sweet soul as is Gotta be this way which came out on Columbia, they also do a good version of Hurt so bad in a kinda cheesy disco feel. but i like it. Did they ever do an LP? Not seen one. cheers rob h
