so how do the defunct labels get 'royalties' from records say produced in the early 60's, e.g. Shrine being an example, or does someone own the rights to 'Shrine' as we know it.?

well you couldve had mine for that a few months ago not that rare and therefore when i sold it didnt see justification in charging silly money for it, sold it for what i though it worth at the time. oh paid £15 for it couple of years ago.
