Pop record - one was adopted by soul scene and then charted. Not necessarily by a "soul " artist. Danny Wagner was taken from the lp but surely could never be classed as pop in the context of this thread. Even DW would have been shocked if ILATL had charted.

In my limited experience of people like him,he wont lose any sleep over this,or in fact think he's done wrong.Even with a custodial sentence i doubt if he'll become a good 'un. Scamming the soul scene one minute - credit card scams the next,who knows.Anything to make a quick quid without any hard graft.A serial offender.?
