Some Record Describing Terms I Do Not Know, Please Advise
It's the abbreviations that get me but there's one thing for sure, if you saw a record graded as sltwrp nap wol vg sml x ol noc 2sec burn. You just wouldn't buy it coz in simple terms using no abbreviations, it's f*cked! Steve

Is Soul The New Punk?
And she not stuck up her own arse or afraid to take the Mickey out of herself. Yeah, like her too and the stuff on her new album is very soulful!

Dalton Boys
Hi Paul, It certainly was bootlegged as I remember John Anderson getting stung with some. Very convincing copy obviously if it fooled the big man Steve

The Majestics - I Love Her So Much It Hurts Me - Linda
I'm a little confused by some of the DJ's / venues / dates being mentioned. I have the Linda issue and have had for many years. I'm positive I would have bought it pre 1980 and am certain the The Majestics was huge at the Fleet in Peterborough late 1978 going into 1979 however I can't recall who played it. The record then, from memory, seemed to get re-activated when Tony Clayton acquired Nev Wherry's collection in circa 1982. As I said, my memory is fuzzy on this one so please put me right if necessary Best Steve

Morris Chestnut
I'm surprised that "our Morris" has a son as I would have thought him to be of the opposite persuasion. The reason I say this is a good few years ago I had his number to do an interview for Manifesto. He was a bugger (excuse the pun) to get hold of and was never in when I called. He did however have an answer machine. Now imagine if you will, in the campest black voice you can imagine... "Hi this is Mawreeece. I'm real sorry I can't take your call right now, but please leave a message and have yourself a blessed day". He sounded a little more "butch" at Prestatyn but it was definitely him. Steve

Eddie Holman - She's Wanted
Aaaahhh... Grapevine 2000, now I didn't think of that series and in fact its the one series I didn't collect. Thank you Mr Supercorsa... I can sleep soundly now Steve

Eddie Holman - She's Wanted
Sorry folks, am I missing something here. I dont recall Eddie Holman getting a Grapevine release of "She's Wanted In Three States"... only the Larry Clinton version. Eddie certainly has performed it in the UK as I have it on video but as per previous comment along the same lines... I wouldnt have a clue where it is. Please clearthis up with a definitive answer as I think I'm losing my marbles Steve

Film - This The Final Poster ?
Exactly Pete and it's not what it was about. It was a factor, but that's all. Like you I started but didn't finish as it became tedious from someone who didn't do the drugs and if the film focuses in the same way then once again the scene will be tarred with the same brush that must now becoming devoid of bristles.

Film - This The Final Poster ?
I've really got my doubts about this. It's impossible to capture what we had and I was very disappointed with the book. Only time will tell I guess.
