Big Money, Low Regard
UK labels are as valid as US labels IMHO it's just a personal thing, or snobbery? Still looking for white demos of Soul Junction label, bloody hard, never seen one, daily search on auction sites but to no avail! HELP!

Sy Hightower Boot ?
Ivor , Christmas greetings It is not just the black text but the credits differ as well, so despite the lack of silver, the credit difference would personally make me wonder, as all the signs would sway me that way as other represses tend to have the small differences? Having said that, it is possible it's not a recent repress? Time or further knowledge will tell? Dave H.

Wigan Tee Shirt On Jm
Yes it was sold/ Freebie at Wigan I remember being given one and a Bag (still got the bag) by the manager as a lad I knew, John Rall, from the forces, used to be a doorman there and when we met up I got in for free, got bag and shirt along with patches. I was still wet behind the ears in them early days of the 70s. So getting the exec treatment was dead mint in those days! the design is how I remember it, but to be honest over the years not many seem to recall the shirt or indeed the bag. I have posted pics of the bag in a previous post on here a few weeks/ months back. As a piece of memorabilia it's just that. Cant see the point in being negative as regards to the item! Dave H

Walter Jackson "uphill Climb To The Bottom"
Good points Garethx and Stillsoulin, My LP is stereo and the 45 is on Okeh so that might explain it and the 45 certainly sounds a lot heavier in the bassline production. It was just so strange to actually hear the difference on a well known old track, as they have both been sat in my collection for ages and I had never noticed it before. I was under the assumption you were supposed to lose your hearing when you get older, not get hearing abilities like a female and hear everything? Thanks for your input. Dave
