He was buried without a headstone and I remember Blues & Soul making the UK soul,fans aware about a fund raise to buy Mr JW a headstone, which was successful. A truly sad sad story to a man that gave the music world so much, not just the Northern scene. He is my favourite male singer and just adore his output from across all spectrums of black music.

Yeah saw the class before these last year in Memphis....it was a Wow, Wow moment, chin on floor stuff. Got front row seats for the Milton Keynes show a week Tuesday, can't wait. I,would,recommend anyone to go and be wowwed! Dave H

Does anybody know where to get replacement belts and stylus for a Crosley Revolution. CR 6002A portable USB turntable. its similar in shape to a sound burger, but needs new belt as it plays slow.! Any help thanks in advance. Dave H

I have along with others some US acetates, some are on offs like the one (in my opinion) this great dancer. As there is no price guides etc for these items I was wondering would it be better to set sale it or auction them....one at a time mind. Just wanting some input really have researched it and cant find a listing of it whether the title or the artiste? soundfile (not all of the track) of the disc in question, it is relentless throughout and probably in the right hands might be a winner. Think mines a yellow one, must dig it out. Think the one I sold to Gavin Page back then was a yellow,one as well, guess I've been lucky if I have had the tuff one twice.

Always wanted the album and only got near twice to buying it but got pipped both times....ah well. Sold my 45 back in 89 after a friend went stateside and came back saying they left a couple of hundred of them behind, so I thought will get another easily enough......and regretted it for years until I got another copy. Always wondered what happened to those he left behind?
