I think it´s Keep an eye on love.... Keep an eye on the bay, they used to appear quite regularly for a good price. Got mine there for $ 50 a few years ago, if memory serves right...

Ask the seller to send the 45 by registered mail. Assures you it has been sent and gives you the possibility to track it, so it can´t get lost.

If you get into the more expensive records, try popsike, gives you a more realistic view on prices than most guides.....
