Sherry (Scherrie) Payne ???
I've got a feeling that Solid Hitbound productions got ahead of themselves when they ran the ad. Would still like to know if anything was cut on Sherry.

Sherry (Scherrie) Payne ???
While looking for something else, I came across this old ad in an issue of Record World from July, 1967. I'm assuming Sherry is Scherrie Payne, Freda's sister and future member of the Glass House and the Supremes. Does anyone know if she cut any tracks while she was with Groovesville/ Revilot/ Solid Hit ?

Darrell's version for me although George and Stevie are close. Jeff Conaway (who was also in the movie "Grease") is said to be the lead singer of the 3 1/2.- Stevie Wonder, Angel Baby, Album only??
- Joni Wilson: Volt
There's an instrumental version on the flip side of J.J. Barnes version of "Our Love Is In The Pocket" -- Joni Wilson: Volt
Unfortunately, I don't have a copy of the album. The title seemed very familiar ( mostly because of the iconic 60's ad) and I googled a title search and came up with the picture. Sorry ........- Joni Wilson: Volt

A must ! !- Richard Anthomy On Virtue Label
The year posted on you tube for this release is wrong- it actually came out in early 1962. There's also a post suggesting the group is actually the Five Royales doing some moonlighting. If you listen to both sides- it could be .- Tony Hester
- Richard Anthomy On Virtue Label
Here's another 45 from Richard Anthony- probably related to the Virtue artist instead of the European one -- Teddy Randazzo Productions - Any Thoughts?
Thanks for the info- after some research I found out the Lou Courtney is probably a mid '65 release while Howard's version is from February/ March 1966. There's also some lyric changes in the 2nd version which is why the writer's credits are different.- The Artistics (Artist Of Week)
