The next Soul at the Services in Widnes takes place this Friday 8th April 2016. Our special guest DJs are Birchley St Mary residents Webby and Eddy so it should be another top night hopefully some of you can join us.

Great night at the Northern Line again last night. Packed to the rafters with a full dancefloor all night. Thanks for all the cards and presents for my birthday, it was great to see so many friends turn up from all over the country I hope you all enjoyed it as much as I did. Great spot from our guest DJ Smudge Smith who travelled all the way from Peterborough to be with us, the guy has a fabulous record collection and sure knows how to keep the floor full. Thanks also to my fellow hosts Moz , Chris and Ben who let me get away with doing very little except drink. The next one is on the 23rd April and we welcome back our friend Mick Gigs from Chesterfield so hopefully we will seee you then for another top night.

Im sure you will enjoy it Janette, we play to the dancefloor not DJs with big egos playing for themselves. There are lots of dancers in attendance. If you have any requests let us know to make sure we have them with us. It will be great to see you there. John

Really looking forward to the next Northern Line at the Alford Hall in Warrington. Our guest DJ is Smudge Smith who is making the very long trip from Cambridge to be spinning some of his fine tunes for us on the night. Its mine and Shaun Boyds 60th birthday bash as well so Im sure the girls will have plenty of buffet on offer for people to enjoy. It would be great to see a few friends old and new dropping in to celebrate with us. Smudge is an excellent DJ and really knows how to get you up on the floor so all in all it should be another cracker of a night. If you havent tried the Northern Line and like classic oldies mixed in with a few forgotten and underplayed gems, a bit of RnB, Motown and Seventies floorfillers why not give us a visit we are sure you will enjoy it.
