The Shake! DJs return for another all day event delivering the very finest Mod/Northern Soul/Ska/Motown/Boogaloo/2-Tone and revival. We will be ably assisted on the day by the fantastic Carmela and Sean from St Ives Soul Sounds. Free entry. Fantastic venue, The Shed Tap and Deli cracking atmosphere 3-11. Food available, lovely bar staff and approachable DJs. Get yourself along, bring a friend and a smile.

This event should in no way be confused with the rather splendid Shed Full Of Soul Nights that are held up North. We’ll be changing our name early next year.

Every month features the highest quality guest DJs picked for their outstanding record collections and ability to appeal to the feet and ears of our crowd.
Our guests come from all over the country and this month is no exception. This month's special guest, coming up from the West Midlands is our old pal HITSVILLE CHALKY. It's a welcome return for Chalky after he smashed it at our Motown all dayer. There's much more than Motown in his box though - we can't wait to hear what he plays. Simon Richard, Cathy C and Stu Teece will keep the tunes flowing throughout the rest of the night. Remember to stick around for the last hour mash-up, where we have some real good fun on the decks!
7.00 till 12 midnight and £6.00 on the door.
You'll be guaranteed a warm welcome from Alison and Harriet and the Byron team, and a night of dancing and listening to just the greatest Northern sounds, all on original vinyl.

I have known him for about a decade since I joined the crew at The Rock House in Eccles.
