...............are actually B sides.

Not being a collector or DJ I would have no real idea.

I'm anticipating some surprises here. thumbsup.gif

Bobby Hutton - Lend a Hand i believe is a b side or album track and that to me is pure class

Third Finger Left Hand too but i am not sure so correct me if i am wrong

jj barnes: please let me in/i think i found a love. i don't even know which is considered the b-side. either way, both are amazing!

Here's a few more for the list-

1) "Kiss My Love Goodbye" - Bettye Swann

2) "Not My Girl" - Johnny Hampton

3) "You Didn't Say A Word" - Yvonne Baker

4) "My Weakness Is You" - Edwin Starr

5) "I Have Faith In You" - Edwin Starr

6) "Put Your Arms Around Me" - Sherrys

7) "Cheatin Kind" - Don Gardner

8) "You've Been Gone Too Long"- Ann Sexton

9) "Night Owl" - Bobby Paris

10)"Burning Sensation" Robby Lawson

11)"I'll Be Loving You"- Soul Brothers Six

12) "Stubborn Heart" - Ernest Mosely

13) "Crazy Baby" - Coasters

14) "Tainted Love"- Gloria Jones

15) "Tell Me Baby" - Karmello Brooks

16) "No One Could Love You More"- Gladys Knight

I walked away - Bobby Paris

actually, it shoulda stayed a B side , probably the worst record ever played on the northern scene :yes:whistling.gifgood.gif ( can ya tell i don't like it?)

I also believe Nancy Wilson ' the end of our love' is the original B side , as was 'nothing can compare to you' Velvet Satins..... there must be hundreds played that were B's

'I walked away' is a fantastic New York record. thumbsup.gif

Rose Brooks - I'm Moaning (Soul City)

Probably the best example of how good a b-side can be...

Nah, great choice but ARTHUR CONLEY 'Put our love together', B of 'Funky Steet' holds that honour in my book....thumbsup.gif

Deffo a B side, may not qualify as a top tune howeverg.gif

Here are some more 'good' (IMHO) B sides:

Gene Chandler - (I'm Just A) Fool For You

Fantastic Johnny C - New Love

Phil Flowers - You Little Devil

Johnny Nash - Love Ain't Nothing

The Platters - Don't Hear, Speak, See No Evil
