March 17, 201015 yr been after one of these myself just lately manged to get the Blue one 2nd issue for a tenner after seeing quite a lot for sale at around £40 to £50 mark, Red ones seem to be listed between £80 & £100 mark, not sure why but they defently seem to of shot up in price lately, One of them records I was allways going to get and never bothered cos there where loads about
March 17, 201015 yr It's a great take on a great record.. Not surprised the price is up at the moment as it fits with the in vogue funky soul sound. JM's auctioning a white demo, which might spike interest a bit more as well. However, 100 notes for the red issue seems a bit steep. I would have thought £50 is a fair price for a nice copy right now. Regards Greg.
March 17, 201015 yr Twenty quid. Thirty if you're desperate. God there are some mugs around, I'm going to have to seriously think about tripling my prices.
March 17, 201015 yr I would have said 15 to 25 UKP but on a second thought who in his right mind would let this record go ? Its nearly every beat as good as Eddie Parker so most who bought one or are going to buy one sure will hold on to it. So copies are stucked in collections. Especially as the chances to meet Osama by accident are bigger then to find a cheap AWAKE 45 if any at all. Edited March 17, 201015 yr by Marc Forrest
March 17, 201015 yr "Its nearly every beat as good as Eddie Parker" ...yes I am serious. A gold medal for Eddie , a silver one for Billy. IMO.
March 17, 201015 yr You surely can not be serious? country mile away from EP version. and dont u dare triple ur prices
March 17, 201015 yr the demo went for £109 on jm's Well the demo is rare I guess, but it's such a poor version I still wouldn't pay more than £20 for it, demo or not
March 17, 201015 yr the demo went for £109 on jm's 100 is about right for a demo it is rarer than the issue / issues so not a bad price for someone as its in vogue NOW ANYONE WANT TO BUY A W/DEMO

March 17, 201015 yr On his auction John said that in the last ten years he'd had in three copies of Eddie Parker but that he had only had one Billy Sha-Rae WDJ. Fair do's but I have seen 3 Billy Sha-Rae WDJ's on eBay since Xmas. Richard
