Kev Richardson
Thanks for the thread Kev and the continued support. The lower than expected turn out, especially following on from last month capacity full house, didn't dampen the spirits and the music was spot on once again. The forty odd who turn out regularly really make the event worthwhile and there are one or two like your self who have been around from the start seven years ago. Last record was played at 1:15 so there were still a few dog eared soulies about at the end of the night. Got to to say thanks once again to Mark and Jean for the anniversary card and chocs. Monica's chocoholic birthday cake was heaven, why did I only get a small piece? Nige Grice played a nice spot ably supported by yourself and Dave Cummings. It's good to be able to call on well known DJ's, like Nige, who always say it's a pleasure doing their stuff for Hydro Soul Club (I still can't get round to dropping the name and changing it to Ineos) as the crowd are always up for good night. regards Kev got a few CD's left, CD playlist - 1.
