I noticed it ws a different promotion once I'd looked at Tom's other posts and the calendar. His is in his own words a Motown and club soul handbaggers night.

Unfortunately he is a Bear of very little brain, and since when did The Monkees and Hermin Hermits have anything to do with this scene, however tenuous.

Steve has worked hard trying to get Heywood on the map, and if you look back at some of the playlists and the guests he's had

i.e.

Carl & Maria Willingham

Paul Harris

Mick Howard

Ian Cunliffe

Phil Shields

Ricky Warburton

Killa

Stu Cheetham

Derek Whatmough

etc. etc

Like Steve said it's hard enough without a tosser like this prick dropping grenades.

question of terminology: what does 'club soul handbaggers' refer to? never heard this before. thanks!
