MarkWhiteley
Seen one at £60, tried to snap it up myself but it had gone! Will let you know if another turns up... Link to comment Social source share
Guest
£60 is rather cheap. £400 is more like the going rate I thought, if there is such a thing as a going rate today that is. Link to comment Social source share
MarkWhiteley
Got a mate - with a mate... oh! you know the story, anyway, he's asking 150 nicker for one, if it exists!! Hope so though, perhaps it'll make more if sold on. What's with the big rarities turning up on wand?! Ivorys, Just bros., this, winfield parker... Tony Smith
Seen one at £60, tried to snap it up myself but it had gone! Will let you know if another turns up... I would be rather surprised to see it at £60 these days, I paid £80 for it 12 years ago, any subsequent copies I seen/heard of went for around 400. When did Just Bros. turn up then? Ivorys been around for years, wasn't aware that it had turned in quantity? Link to comment Social source share

Christian Punky
Talking about Wand rarities turning up. My good friend Anders Hansson turned up a copy of the impossible Walter Williams, wand 1153 on a recordfair in Sweden. Lucky bas..!! Link to comment Social source share

MarkWhiteley
Billy, do you mean your friends friend, has a copy for sale?? or... Well yes, kinda - or so I heard. Aparently it was up for sale at £150, going back 3 months now, mate! Link to comment Social source share
MarkWhiteley
When did Just Bros. turn up then? Ivorys been around for years, wasn't aware that it had turned in quantity? No no. You misunderstood. I didn't mean that any quantity had turned up (Ivorys still fetching £6,000 and some... :-O ), I mean that I find it rather strange for such a large label like Wand is related to such scarse disc - but just look at CP/Fairmount, Damon Fox, Frankie Beverly, Yvonne Baker, etc. Link to comment Social source share
Garethx
Don't know it. What's it like? Re Walter Wilson: "Love Keeps Me Crying" is, IMHO, only so-so Northern. The other side, "Not Now, But Later" was played by Steve Guarnori as one of the enders of the Saturday allnighter at Soul Essence, Great Yarmouth and is a totally fantastic crossover record. What's the value of this now? Link to comment Social source share
