9 Samples Seek Title/artist For Years...by A Newcomer

Hello everyone!

As an upcoming fan of soul and funk music,I am happy to have found and joined this site.

This is my first post here,and after I introduce myself,i d like to post some soul samples that i seek titles for years.

My name is Tasos,and I am a record collector from Greece.I listen from soul,funk,to psychedelic rock and almost everything from the 70s.

So,i thought it would be a good chance to seek titles for my most wanted samples.it wont take more than 5 minutes to listen all and,i am sure you ll find some quite interesting!!!

thanks for the reply.I thought the zshare as an easy and without need to save and download way for someone to listen the samples..i dont know if thats what u mean,but i would like to hear an other suggestion.

It would have been easier if you had inserted the links as proper hyperlinks then all people need to do is click on them, not copy and paste them into their browser

Track 4 reminds me of stuff done by Dirty Dozen Brass Band but a lot of their songs sounds the same, check a few out on Youtube.

I know number one, but can't remember exactly what it is...classic funk record...not helped by the fact the clip only plays for a fraction of a second...

Hi all out there,and Merry Christmas to all!

I d like to update this post with all samples that havent been ided yet plus some more.

Like 1/3 of these (the "drama" ones that sound like the godfather soundtrack) don't sound like they could be soul records at all

I know,some are not.i just posted them in case i could count in someones general music knowledge,not only soul and so.

Go to the thread on the 'WHERE THE ACTION IS' TV show ...

..... there's a clip on there on Bobby Moore (+ a Rhthym Ace) doing it live (well lip syncing to it really I guess).

........... BTW, the B side to the 45 is great as well ("Hey Mr. DJ").

A lot of the drama strings clips sound more like Euro records to me, so you might wanna check those out at the Verygoodplus forum. I think their general knowledge on these kinda samples will point you in the right direction.

i will follow your suggest and post the rest in the site you told me.its not my field,but i think yes,they dont sound like usa stuff.
