March 30, 201114 yr Hi Tony, from memory it was played by Richard Searling originally. I unearthed a copy in Florida in the early 80's and played it at Yate and Stafford to no reaction, except from the chin strokers! I think it's a hard record to find but not that well know, Cheers, Ady

March 31, 201114 yr Actually I clearly remember Pat Brady playing this at Saturday nights @ the Central in the late 70's along with "Sensitive Mind" - General Assembly amongst many others. Cracking record and 100% genuine Northern Soul in the traditional sense. It was a revelation to me at the time because I thought we had Arctic covered. Little did I know LOL......... Ian D
March 31, 201114 yr I have a live recording from Peterborough "The Fleet" on a tape. Chris Plant was the DJ (what happened to him?) and he played Billy Floyd along with Freddie Williams and some other "60s Newies" from that time. I think it was 1983 but I'll dig it out and confirm the date. Mark C
