Just picked up the DEMO for this, a superb Double Sider for a few dollars.

Great two sider.

A show they undertook in Baltimore in 1965 ........

The 5th Regiment Armory is in central Baltimore & is a fortress that is home to the local regiment of the National Guard.

I believe temporary grandstand seating was set up on the large indoor parade ground & the shows held there.

3 years later, not only would the Armory not be hosting soul shows, but the members of the regiment were out on the streets of Baltimore shooting 'upperty' blacks !!

Note single lines across label on the Vinyl issue above.

This Stock Copy on Vinyl took some finding with the Single Lines.

I guess that there might be a White DEMO for this with Lines etc.

I think most are - the UK Sue LP sleeves seem to be printed on lower quality card with a thinner laquer than say EMI (Garrod & Lofthouse) sleeves - hence them getting dog-eared pretty quick.

Does anyone know somewhere where I can hear Inez Foxx's 'North Carolina (South Carolina)'?

I was under the impression that it's a cover of The Flirtations 'South Carolina' which is a great track, I Just want to hear Inez sing it, but I'm too cheap to buy the 45
