About 30 minutes of Richard at Wigan, recorded by one of the Chesterfield crowd. The Mansfield crowd aren't far away and can be heard when Richard plays them a track.

At the time I knew he was good but it's not until I've got older I realised how good,as you say great stuff.

The big memory jerker for me was Robert L Martin.........I was 17 again :D

Robert L Martin = Fluffy Falana "My little cottage" - I realise people know this but on the track list it still has the cover up name

Yes you are right of course but as I get older the memory blurs so much I confuse myself with who they really are......some of the C/U names still sound better then the real ones :D

I did/do know this Pete but I couldn't for the life of me remember yesterday. I will amend when I get the chance.

The recording is interesting for Richard trying to sell a second copy of Vickie Baines :)

I cannot for the life of me remember who it came from Tony but I don't remember Dennis giving me a recording of Wigan. There was two or three tacks on the tape from Inky Social Club as well.

I think the inclusion of "Sad Girl" dates it to 79? Steve

Indeed  . And was available from JM's list during the summer of 1979 for £2.00. :)

Same here, I lent about 10 of 'em to Rob Marriott
